What is the typical lead time for shipping?
Standard stock colors are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Custom formulations or large bulk orders may require 5-7 business days for processing and quality testing before shipment.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our powder coating products globally. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order.
What is your return policy for powder products?
Unopened and undamaged stock powders can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-matched colors and special orders are non-refundable.
How should I store my powder coating to ensure longevity?
Powder should be stored in a cool, dry environment below 25°C (77°F) and away from direct sunlight. Ensure bags are tightly sealed to prevent moisture absorption and contamination.
Are your powders compatible with all application equipment?
Our powders are formulated to work with all major electrostatic spray systems, including both Corona and Tribo application methods, unless otherwise specified on the product data sheet.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank wire transfers. For established commercial accounts, we also offer credit terms subject to approval.
